ETO - C 1445 has a compact design with one-piece built-in for the user to use for multifunctional purposes. The device allows the user to program different parameters for sterilization of multiple products.

In the low-tech devices used today, users have to use separate devices for pre-conditioning and ventilation of the products (Bag and Bulb Breaker, Sub-Vacuum Old Technology). This increases the workload of employees, sterilization time and sterilization cost.

ETO-C 1445 offers a new technique in which preconditioning, sterilization and aeration are performed by only one device.

When the sterilization processes are completed with ETO C 1445, the sterilized products can be used immediately without the need for extra ventilation, since there is no EO gas residue on the products.

ETO - C 1445 reduces all possible costs to give you optimized economies of scale. Teknomar Ltd provides you validation and calibration services for different materials. Although the average sterilization time is 6 hours, this time may be lower or higher depending on the FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) of the material to be sterilized.   • Vacuum 1: Before starting the device sterilization process, a leak test is performed under vacuum.
  • Leak 1 Period: After the first vacuum process, there is a leak test waiting period. At the end of this period, the vacuum level in the tank will be measured and it will be checked whether there is a change in the pressure/vacuum value, leakage or leakage. In case of leakage or leakage, the device does not start the sterilization process. It gives a leak warning. If the leak test is passed successfully, the EO sterilization process begins.
  • Humidity / Preconditioning:After the leakage test is successfully completed, preconditioning is performed by removing moisture from the device.
  • Vacuum 2 Period:The device performs the bottom vacuum process after the preconditioning is completed. Secondary subvacuum conditioning continues.
  • Leak Test 2: After the bottom vacuum and conditioning process is completed, the device performs a second leak test for high security. During this period, it waits without taking any action, and at the end of this period, the sterilization process begins with gas intake.
  • Gas Intake: The sterilization phase begins with EO gas inlet. In this process, EO gas is removed until the safe vacuum value in the device is reached. The sterilization process begins.

  • Sterilization Period: Sterilization period is the most important and longest part of the system. The products in the device are exposed to gas during this period. In this process, sterilization is carried out.
  • Exhaust Vacuum: After the sterilization period is completed, the EO gas in the device is evacuated by vacuuming. Gas is neutralized with the aqueous neutralization system and exhaust is made. The dilution period starts when the bottom vacuum value of the sterilization vessel is reached.
  • Rest:After the gas in the device is released, the sterilized products are diluted. After the dilution waiting period ends, the sterile air washing process begins.
  • Washing with Fresh Air: After the waiting period to clean the EO gas in the device, air washing is performed to prevent any residue on the sterilized material. At the end of the air washing process, atmospheric pressure is reached and the lids are allowed to be opened.
  • Number of Washing, Entering the Number of Washing: For the air washing process, there are a minimum of 3 air washing programs as a fixed value in the sterilization work program. Apart from this, the user is given the opportunity to enter a value between 1-99 for the air washing number.
  • Temperature: The device can be adjusted to the desired temperature between 37 C - 55 C degrees. The device keeps the temperature at the set value constant during operation and sterilization.
